TRX Suspension training
Created by a Navy Seal, this one simple tool, the TRX Suspension Trainer, will develop your strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and core stability all at the same time. Gravity is your resistance in this class, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. Expect to utilize the suspension trainer as well as some other pieces of equipment as you work through challenging strength and cardio intervals for a quick and effective total body burner.

EvoBarre is a fun, high-energy class that fuses the worlds of dance, yoga, and Pilates into one heart-pumping, booty-kicking, total body-sculpting workout. Our EvoBarre instructors take influences from various backgrounds including martial arts, HIIT, yoga, and Pilates, then combine them with body-elongating moves inspired by dance along with principles of muscle-building isometrics for a nontraditional, truly one-of-a-kind total body workout. Feel the burn in this low impact class while improving balance, building strength, increasing flexibility, and rocking a solid core at EvoBarre!

EVO power flow
Evo Power Flow is a mix of traditional vinyasa yoga flows combined with strength and flexibility poses. Our custom yoga classes emphasize strong toned bodies – using breath and motion, we will get your heart pumping, your mind focused, revitalize your spirit and increase your mobility in a fun and motivating environment. Incorporate Evo Power Flow into your regular EvoHIIT routine, and you will be amazed at the improvements in your mood, mobility, endurance, and strength.
head to heels: a myofascial release workshop
WHEN: MARCH 18TH, 2-4PM
This 2 hour workshop moves from head to heels and back again as we roll and release major muscle groups and the fascia that connects them. We will use a variety of props to stretch and manipulate our fascia, the network of connective tissues that weaves through and deeply connects all systems of the body. Through fascial manipulation we will release specific areas of sticking and tension as well as deeply relax the whole body, working to undo the effects of over, under, and misuse that can result in injury and chronic pain. A regular MFR practice has been shown to aid the body in reacting to both physical and emotional stressors, and in creating a deeper connection to the whole body. This workshop is for every body; all levels and abilities are welcome!

We know that there are several factors that can effect weight loss/gain or body composition. At EvoFit, we do not believe in restrictions or an all or nothing approach. The goal is never perfection, we are human after all - it's just real food, real action, real women, real life, real results.
